Guam - The Bank of Hawaii is offering free seminars for first-time homeowners. The Smart Money Seminars are called “Pathways to Home-ownership for First-Time Home-buyers”. People who attend will be provided information about the real estate market, current mortgage rates and other helpful tips. The seminars are free to the public – customers and non-customers – and are led by financial experts from Bank of Hawaii. The first seminar will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2014, then every other Thursday from July 31 through August 14, 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. at Bank of Hawaii’s Hagåtña Branch Lobby (2nd floor).
