GWA's general manager resigns

Guam - The Consolidated Commission on Utilities is searching for a new general manager for the Guam Waterworks Authority. GWA spokesperson Heidi Ballendorf confirms Roush submitted his resignation citing personal reasons for leaving the agency. Roush signed a $145,000 contract with the CCU in June 2011.  Prior to being hired as general manager, Roush was the agency's chief engineer. He has more than 20 years of experience in public works, and in water and wastewater utilities. His last day at GWA is August 24th.
