Navy Base Guam has new commander

Guam - There's a new commanding officer of Naval Base Guam. A chance of command ceremony was held this morning Captain Andy Anderson has officially relieved Capt. Mike Ward.

Anderson is reporting to Guam after serving as executive assistant at Navy recruiting command in Millington, Tennessee. Ward will report to US Naval Forces Europe-Africa, in Naples, Italy.
