Guam - Six million dollars in tax refunds will be mailed out Friday. According to Rev and Tax Director John Camacho the latest round of will cover a portion of error free returns up to February 12. There are a total of 2,548 checks that will be mailed out that cover a portion of those who filed on February 10, all of February 11 and a few from February 12. For the 1,363 who filed on February 12, only 231 checks will be mailed out totalling 600-thousand dollars. An additional 3.2 million dollars is needed to cover the remaining balance. Camacho meanwhile adds the latest round also pays out 206 checks for prior year returns.
