Guam - 29-year-old Fred Quinata also known as "fast Freddy" pleaded not guilty to robbery charges on Wednesday afternoon.

Quinata is accused of robbing Chalan Santa Anita Store, the Tamuning Plaza Hotel, Winster Gameroom, the Old Spanish Bridge Mart, and Lada Mart all within the span of a week.

Quinata was arrested last month after the cashier at the old Spanish bridge mart was able to identify him in a photo lineup. Court documents state Quinata's mask fell off during the heist, and the cashier recognized him as a customer.

On behalf of Quinata, the public defender waived Quinata's right to speedy trial and requested a jury of twelve.

His next court appearance is set for July 1 before judge Vernon Perez.
