Guam - The Yona Baseball Field fell victim to copperwire thieves. According to Mayor Kenjoe Ada, he received a call early this morning.
"We received a call today about some copper wires...we noticed that someone had cut the wires and taken it," he said. "If you have any information or anybody knows anything, please reach out to the police department or Crimestoppers about any crime against the community."
Ada says that aside from the stolen copperwire, which helps power the field lights, there was about $4,000 in damage. The number to call is 477-HELP (4357).
