Guam - 29-year-old Kenneth Jay Reyes was arrested Monday night accused of purse snatching.
GPD spokesperson Officer AJ Balajadia says Reyes allegedly grabbed the woman's purse from the front seat of her car while she placed her groceries into the car trunk at Harmon Cost-U-Less.
Reyes was arrested for burglary and two counts of theft of property. He was booked and confined.
