Guam - Senator Tommy Morrison is hoping to serve another term. The Republican lawmaker filed for re-election today at the Guam Election Commission. Morrison says he's fulfilled his commitment to the youth and pledge to improve government customer service using technology. If re-elected he plans to ensure that the laws he's worked on are fully executed and will continue to focus on youth, e-government and heritage.
