Guam - Former Governor Carl Gutierrez addressed the Democratic Party of Guam's Central Executive Committee meeting at the Sinajana Community Center. A motion was made to formally encourage Gutierrez and Attorney Gary Gumataotao to run as the party's ticket for the gubernatorial election. Gutierrez told party members that he has received the nod of approval from his wife Geri Gutierrez to run.
