Guam - Roseana Blas is being held behind bars for $25,000 cash bail charged with vehicular homicide, reckless driving, and failing to possess a driver's license.
Blas is the alleged driver of the Honda Civic that ran off the back road to Andersen last month killing her passenger Annabelle Sibal.
The court noted Blas is to have no contact with the deceased's family or the second surviving passenger and their family.
Blas' next court appearance is slated for June 13.
