Memorial held for former Ordot-Chalan Pago mayor Borja

Guam - Memorial services were held at the Guam Legislature this morning for the former mayor of Ordot-Chalan Pago, the late Pedro Iriarte Borja. Borja passed away on May 30 at the Guam Memorial Hospital. He served as mayor from January 2005 through 2009. A legislative resolution was presented to his family for his many achievements and accomplishments.
