Job skills training in Talofofo

Guam - After opening in Tamuning last week, now residents of Talofofo that are unemployed or looking for better-paying jobs will also have the opportunity to improve their job skills at a Community Access Point opening in the village tomorrow at 10am.  It is the fourth village CAP to be opened through a partnership between Guam Community College, the Guam Contractor's Association, the Guam Chamber of Commerce, the Mayor's Council of Guam, and PC Merge.
