Guam - Guam Power Authority customers will be able to take advantage of prepaid services starting on Monday. According to GPA spokesperson Art Perez this is a benefit of the Smart Grid. Customers will be able to pre-pay for electrical services by setting up an account and maintaining a credit on that account the service is similar to prepaid phone cards. He says customers can monitor their energy consumption online at www.guam.myusage.com. As well as set up alert notices to avoid interruption or deposit more funds with GPA.
