Guam - While potential candidates still have until July 1st to file with the Guam Election Commission, executive director Maria Pangelinan tells KUAM that former Democrat senator Adolpho Palacios has filed his candidacy today to run for the Guam Legislature. He follows Senator Rory Respicio who officially filed his candidacy earlier this month. As for those who have picked up packets as of this month, they include Fred Tupaz, Rodney Cruz and Tyrone Taitano who all intend to run for senator under the democratic ticket. Matthew Artero meanwhile picked up a packet to run as a democrat candidate for the congressional race.
