Guam - If you live near Navy properties, a quick heads up the military will be conducting a test of its emergency alert system on June 2nd between three to four in the afternoon.

During that time frame the system commonly referred to as the giant voice will deliver the following message: "this is only a test for the emergency broadcasting system. No further action required."

After June 2nd the military will conduct tests of its emergency alert system on the first Monday of every month until further notice at all Navy properties and housing throughout the island.
