Judge rules home invasion sentencing was unconstitutional

<span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">It was back in January Raymond Tedtaotao was handed down two life sentences for the Nimitz Hill home invasion.&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 8pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">As of today however, he'll only have to spend the next 55 years behind bars - 20 years for attempted murder and aggravated assault, 25 years for robbery, and 10 years for burglary.</span>
