Guam - AJ Meno Toves was busted by officers from the Tumon, Tamuning Precinct for robbing a woman in Tumon. The incident occurred just before 9pm Tuesday. Toves is accused of stealing the woman's purse while she was walking along JFK Road. A witness saw what happened and called the cops, which busted by officers from the Tumon Tamuning Precinct.
