Guam - Guam EPA administrator Eric Palacios confirms the investigation continues to uncover what sparked a fire at a composting site in Agafa Gumas last week.
As we previously reported, initial assessments of the site lead investigators to believe the fire was intentionally set. Palacios confirms Guam Cleaning Masters are permitted to conduct composting on the site.
Palacios adds that the investigation is a collaborative effort with the Guam Fire Department.
GFD we should add says the company does not have a permit to burn on the property.
