Guam - Friday Suda was in court today. He was indicted earlier this month for the murder of Joanes Bokun.
As we reported police responded to a disturbance in Astumbo Gardens where they discovered Bokun stabbed to death and another injured. In court today he pleaded not guilty by reason of mental illness. The judge ordered a forensic evaluation. He's scheduled to appear back in court before Judge Arthur Barcinas on May 21.
