Guam - Water outage in Hagatna forces several closures: Academy of our Lady of Guam, Judiciary of Guam, District Court of Guam and the U.S. Pretrial and Probation Office. According to Guam Waterworks Authority Spokesperson Heidi Ballendorf a main water line broke due to a truck and trailer which ran over the sidewalk and also damaged a fire hydrant. “Low and no water will be experienced from parts of Tamuning (from Airport Road) to Anigua, Agana, Asan and Piti till midnight tonight. This is for all water customers including schools, businesses and government offices and of course residences”, said Ballendorf.
