Man captured for murdering his wife almost 30 years ago

Guam - A man accused of murdering his wife in Guam almost thirty years ago was picked up by u.s. Marshals on Thursday.

According to WTHR in Indiana, Gary Leon Scaggs was arrested at his Indianapolis apartment.

Earlier this month, Scaggs was indicted by a Superior Court of Guam grand jury for the murder of his wife Tracey. At the time, Scaggs was an airman stationed at Andersen Air Force Base.

Although the case turned cold, new information was uncovered reviving the case.
