Guam - A woman arrested after crashing her car into a concrete pole resulting in the death of her passenger entered a plea agreement on Monday.
According to court documents, Majesty Relech pleads guilty to vehicular homicide while intoxicated and driving while under the influence of alcohol. Relech faces anywhere from three to eight years behind bars with credit for time already served. She is also subject to pay restitution to the victim's family to be determined at a later date.
