Guam - Calvo's SelectCare special projects manager Gina Ramos spoke to island Rotarians on the impact of the implementation of the Affordable Care Act to Guam. "Most immediate a lot of people have felt it is the health insurance market reform, so you've seen a lot of health insurance coverage on Guam change, things like covering you dependent up to age 26, no preexisting conditions, type of exclusions for children no lifetime limits," she explained.

As for changes that are coming down the pike Ramos said there will be no pre-existing exclusions for all. Before it was just for children 19 years and younger, but it will be for all adults.
