Guam - Congratulations to Guam's Coast Guard members at Big Navy. The Coast Guard Cutter Washington has been named the 2014 winner of The Admiral John B. Hayes Award. The unit received the award because of its commitment to excellence and professional embodied in the traditions and lore of the US Coast Guard. Washington is one of two 110-foot island class patrol boats assigned to US Coast Guard Sector Guam to patrol the waters of Guam, the CNMI, Palau and the FSM.
