Man arrested for placing camera in bathroom pleads not guilty

Guam - 30-year old Timothy Hubert pleaded not guilty to burglary and invasion of privacy. He was arrested last month accused of putting a video camera in the women's restroom of a Tumon bar and watching patrons as they used the bathroom. Hubert allegedly told police that he had also done the same think at his work place. The defendant waived his right to a speedy trial and requested a jury of twelve.  His trial setting is scheduled for May 6.
