Guam - The arraignment for one of the Bank of Guam suspects hits another snag, as another attorney has a conflict with representing defendant Antonio Quitugua.

Today he was appointed another attorney, this time Shane Black. Quitugua is now scheduled to appear for another arraignment tomorrow morning. Out of the four accused in the Yigo bank heist, Quitugua is accused of being the lookout before the armed robbery took place.

Quitugua's three alleged partners in crime: Jathan Tedtaotao, Ricky Mcintosh Jr and Vincent Santos were also in court today for their criminal trial setting. Tedtaota and Mcintosh are the accused gunman in the Yigo Bank of Guam robbery and while Santos was the getaway driver. The government has filed a motion to sever Tedtaotao's case from his codefendants. Tedtaotao is set to be arraigned on Wednesday while Mcintosh and Santos both assert their rights to a speedy trial. Their jury selection and trial set for May 7 with a pretrial conference on April 22.
