Convicted felon sentenced to 81 months behind bars

Peter John Raphael was sentenced to more than 6 years behind bars for drug possession and firearms charges.

Guam - Peter John Raphael was sentenced to more than 6 years behind bars for drug possession and firearms charges.  Raphael was accused of drug trafficking and carrying a gun during the crimes.  He was sentenced to 81 months behind bars with credit for time served. The court will recommend that he be incarcerated at a facility located in Oregon or Washington State. Upon release, he will be put on supervised release for five years.
