Guam - The court grants the motion to sever the trials for the five suspects arrested in connection to a group rape that occurred in Dededo last year.
At a pre-trial conference held today, Oratuch Henry asserted his right to a speedy trial. A continuance of his pre-trial conference is slated for Friday afternoon.
Also on Friday, Hen Henry and Gibson Billias are scheduled to enter into plea agreements.
Hen Henry, Betewen Henry, Oratuch Henry, Gibson Billias, and Helpme Roby are accused of taking turns sexually assaulting two intoxicated female minors in the jungle area of Santa Ana, Dededo.
