Guam - A woman accused of soliciting an individual to poison and murder her husband was released from jail today. Myrna Evans allegedly offered land, money and a car to have someone poison her husband and make it look like a natural death. Bail was initially set at a quarter of a million dollars but the court released her today to a third-party and placed her on house arrest.
Evans was also instructed to have no contact with the victim. She was indicted today on charges of solicitation to commit aggravated murder and terrorizing and is scheduled to appear in court next week Wednesday to answer to the charges.
