by Mindy Aguon
Guam - The alleged driver in a Tumon robbery last week appeared in court today. During a bail hearing, Theodore Nelson II posted $25,000 worth of property to be released to third-party custodians. Nelson will remain on house arrest.
Nelson and co-defendant Peter Robert Cruz were arrested after a tourist identified Cruz as the man who robbed him at knifepoint.
