Federal case unsealed in District Court

A federal case against Paul Pangelinan Diaz, Jr. has been made public. Diaz is charged with distribution of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine hydrochloride dating back to December 2012.

Guam - A federal case against Paul Pangelinan Diaz, Jr. has been made public. Diaz is charged with distribution of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine hydrochloride dating back to December 2012. 

He was indicted last March and arrested In Las Vegas and originally pleaded not guilty. 

According to court documents, he was released on a personal recognizance bond but was arrested again last week.  His sentencing is set for July 8.
