Change of plea delayed in vehicular homicide case

Guam - There's been another delay in Majesty Relech's criminal case.  Because of additional revisions made to the proposed plea agreement, the change of plea hearing was continued for another week.  Relech intends to plead guilty to vehicular homicide. 

In September 2012 she was arrested after she crashed into a concrete pole resulting in the death of Narinta Lee.  Relech was highly intoxicated at the time. 

Her change of plea was continued again until March 24.
