Dept. of Labor investigates complaints at Verona Hotel

The agency is investigating claims that employees have not been paid their full wages.

Guam - The Department of Labor has an ongoing investigation into the Verona Hotel in Tumon. Wage and Hour Division administrator Roman Quinata confirms the agency is investigating claims that employees have not been paid their full wages. 

KUAM News has received multiple complaints from employees who report that they have only received partial payments for more than a month now forcing some to quit and look for other stable employment.  Quinata could not release any additional information because of the ongoing investigation.
