Guam - Attorney Randy Cunliffe objects to any video or photographs being taken of his client, Allan Agababa's, trial.  According to court documents, Cunliffe asks that the court deny any requests from the media for cameras in the courtroom during the trial.  The defense attorney argues that the cameras are distracting and claims that the media routinely violates the rules by filming interaction between defense counsels and their clients.

Cunliffe adding the court also fails to enforce its own rules regarding media conduct during proceedings.

The trial is set to begin next week.
