Guam - Two men were apprehended in connection with a robbery that occurred on Tuesday night.   One of the suspects has been arrested and placed behind bars and the second is still being interviewed.  Theodore Dwight Borja Nelson, 23 of Dededo, was arrested for 2nd degree robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, criminal facilitation, and guilt established by complicity. 

The second suspect was identified by police as Peter Robert Cruz, 35 of Sinajana. Police say he will be arrested later today on charges of 2nd degree robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, possession of a deadly weapon in the commission of a felony, impersonating a police officer, assault on a police officer, guilt established by complicity, criminal facilitation and hindering apprehension.

Nelson and Cruz are accused of robbing a Japanese tourist on Tuesday night.
