Guam - Attorney Randy Cunliffe doesn't want any cameras during his client's trial. The defense attorney represents 26-year-old Allan Agababa.

He pleaded not guilty to murdering his mother, Shelly Bernstein, in her Tamuning apartment.

She died from blunt force trauma to the head.

Cunliffe said he would file a brief with the court and the judge allowed the media to file oppositions by Thursday.

The trial is set to begin on March 19.
