Guam - Guam Election Commission executive director Maria Pangelinan spoke before the Rotary Club of Northern Guam Wednesday on how she is preparing for this year's election from voter registration to new tabulation machines.

"There's so many details in the business of elections, so are we right on track we're trying to be and all the details will not allow me to say yes, we're right on track with everything but the preparation has begun, the Guam Election Commission is on election mode even as recent as last December," she explained.

As of January 31, 45,752 voters are registered for this year's election.
