Man caught after beating & stealing from ex-girlfriend

33-year-old Kurt Anderson Damian is back behind bars yet again, accused of breaking into his ex-girlfriend's home uninvited and beating and choking her then stealing her cell phone, laptop, iPad and a brand new car.
