Guam - Two men have been arrested in connection with a kidnapping report. Scott Maros Soram and Erikson Heartman were arrested on Sunday, accused of taking a man's car and forcing him to withdraw money from the bank and threatening him. The victim was able to run away and call police.

The two men, both 19, were located by police in the victim's vehicle and were charged with robbery, kidnapping, theft of a motor vehicle, terrorizing and underage consumption of alcohol.
