Guam - Police arrest 29 Antonio Roke Quitugua of Yigo on charges of 2nd Degree Robbery, Theft of Property, Conspiracy, Guilt Established by Complicity, Criminal Facilitation, Reckless Conduct and Terrorizing. Police say he was the driver of a "lookout" vehicle for the two men who robbed the Bank of Guam in Yigo.
