Guam - The Pacific Judicial Council sponsored a two-and-a-half day public defender training that was held at the District Court. Approximately 50 criminal defense attorneys from around the region participated in the conference engaging in discussions about cross examinations, preparing and litigating motions to suppress evidence, opening statements and closing arguments.

The Council brought off island Rich McGee, Lorna McClusky, Kevin McGee, and John Oliva to train the participants.  Those who attended received continuing legal education credits.
