Guam - Adverse action has been taken against a police officer who was involved in a November 2013 altercation with a firefighter at Song's Market in Chalan Pago. The two were responding to a report of an injured person.
Police Officer II Constantino Faustino had been placed on administrative leave following his arrest on multiple charges that included assault, falsifying a police report, official misconduct, and obstruction of government operations. The type of action imposed is not being released because it is a personnel matter.
Faustino was assigned to the Hagatna Precinct Command.
