Recanor appears in court

Guam - A burglary suspect who prompted a lock down of a middle school earlier this month because he escaped police custody appeared in court today.  Benjamin Recanor pleaded not guilty to burglary charges. he also waived his right to a speedy trial. He's scheduled to return to the superior court on March 19^th for a criminal trial setting. It's the same day he's scheduled to appear for a pre-trial conference for a 2013 felony case.
