Guam - Guahan Academy Charter School officials are slated to appear before lawmakers for their second oversight hearing.

Scheduled for next Friday, Senator Aline Yamashita says there's plenty of questions that have been left unanswered since the school first opened doors six months ago.

"We need to know how we're doing financially. We need to know where we're standing in all the procurement issues. Right now I have some questions about personnel - we continuously get emails on particular questions," she said.

If you recall, it was back in November school officials appeared before lawmakers but kept hush deferring all their questions to their attorney, Daniel Somerfleck who no longer represents the school.

The oversight gets way at 10 a.m. at the Legislature's Public Hearing Room.
