Police arrest Zerxes Viva for possession of meth

Guam - A routine traffic stop early Thursday morning resulted in the seizure of crystal methamphetamine and drug money. Zerxes Viva was found in possession of plastic baggies, a glass pipe with crystal meth residue, and other drug paraphernalia as well as more than $1,700 in cash.

According to court documents, Viva admitted that he has been selling drugs for some time and the cash was from drug sales.  The defendant was charged with possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with the intent to deliver and possession.
