Man gets 8 months home confinement for meth

Patrick J. Brennan was sentenced to 8 months home confinement and two years probation after pleading guilty to a charge of conspiracy to distribute less than five grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride. Brennan was arrested after hiding out in the Philippines.

Guam - Patrick J. Brennan was sentenced to 8 months home confinement and two years probation after pleading guilty to a charge of conspiracy to distribute less than five grams of methamphetamine hydrochloride. Brennan was arrested after hiding out in the Philippines. 

He was charged along with John Paul Brennan.  Patrick admitted using his Toyota FJ Cruiser to deliver the drugs and agreed to forfeit the car to the federal government.  The court imposed a $2,000 fine and ordered him to perform 50 hours of community service, including public speaking.
