Guam - A 16-year-old who admitted to being involved in the Nimitz Hill home invasion case was sentenced to five years behind bars. Kyle Cruz will be given credit for time served which means he will be out in a little over four years.

During his sentencing today, Cruz said he was sorry for what he did. Cruz testified against his co-defendants, Raymond Tedtaotao and Anthony Mendiola, in exchange for a considerably lesser sentence.

A restitution hearing is scheduled to be held next month, but Cruz's hearing will be separately for his protection.
