Guam - Good news - the average residential customer should see a slight decrease in their power bill.  The Public Utilities Commission approved the Guam Power Authority's request to reduce the Levelized Energy Adjustment Clause (LEAC).  Most residential customers should expect to see their power bill go down about $9.

The decrease goes into effect tomorrow.
