Guam - Raymond Ignacio Duenas, Junior pleaded guilty to conspiring to distribute methamphetamine hydrochloride and possessing stolen firearms. As we reported Duenas was convicted and sentenced to 25 years behind bars in December of 2009.  The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals overturned that conviction.

Instead of going to trial a second time, Duenas signed a plea agreement in exchange for a 15- to 16-year sentence. His sentencing is scheduled for May 27.
