Guam - If you're going in the water, be warned.

As a result of strong offshore winds, the Guam Environmental Protection Agency reports pacific man-o-war spottngs on beaches on the east side of the island today.

Residents be advised that although they appear to be inflated plastic bags connected to blue strings, these jellyfish pack a powerful punch, and if stung, you should flush the affected area with salt water or vinegar and remove any remaining pieces of the tentacle. You should also seek immediate medical attention.
